Unable to login to FSProd or FSProd test environment

This article contains instructions for troubleshooting issues with logging into FSProd/FSProd test environment.

Issue

A user is unable to login to FSProd or FSProd test environment after changing their MyGRCC passphrase (password). An error message is received. 

"Unable to load homepage." 

Environment

• FSProd 
• FSProd test

Resolution

Verify user is logged out of other PeopleSoft environments

• Log out of CS/HRProd and then log in to FSProd. 

Verify account is not locked

1. Login to the environment the user is having the issue with: fsprod.grcc.edu or fstst.grcc.edu.
2. Lock the account.
3. Click Save.
4. Unlock the account.
5. Click Save.
