Issue
In eDocs, user gets an error of "Another viewer is viewing this item" when trying to view submitted documents.

Information
This occurs when the user has closed the browser window without closing the document or logging out of eDocs.
Resolution
The Document Imaging Team can unlock the document by disconnecting the old session. The document will also automatically unlock after 30 minutes.
