Answer

Ensure that Adobe Reader is installed on the computer.

• In Chrome, click the Menu icon 
• Click Settings
• Under Privacy and Security, click Site Settings
• Scroll down and click Additional content settings
• Click PDF documents 
• Select  Download PDFs
