eDocs has replaced WebNow, and is an HTML experience that works with all browsers connected to the network, including your phone.

Process

eDocs separates the viewing of documents from basic workflow routing

  1. Click on Documents to search for documents, including your time sheets and leave of absences
  2. Click on Workflow to process document queues and approve time sheets

At any time click on the home icon to return to the home page

Return to the previous list of documents, either views or workflow queues

  • When viewing a document, click on the arrow pointing backwardsImage highlighting a backwards arrow

Add a stamp or other annotation

  1. When viewing a document in workflow, click on the Shapes icon and click “Create Annotation”
  2. Select annotation type
  3. Click on the document where the annotation should go
  4. Click “Add” (if needed)Image highlighting the shapes icon

Route document to another queue

  1. When viewing a document in workflow, click on the icon of a document on a file folder for workflow actionsImage highlighting the icon of a document on a file folder
  2. You can now select your workflow action of routing the document forward, backward or viewing the workflow history

Change to Light or Dark Mode on the left side of the screen

  1. Click on the User icon in the upper right cornerImage highlighting the user icon
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Select General (If needed)
  4. Select your preferred theme

Change or View Keyboard Shorcuts

  3. Select Shortcuts

Show or hide Thumbnails at the bottom of the screen

  • Click the thumbnail  icon to toggle this viewImage highlighting the thumbnails icon

Show or hide Related Documents at the bottom of the screen

  • Click the document icon to toggle this viewImage highlighting the document icon

Show or hide Document Properties on the right side of the screen

  • Click the information icon to toggle this viewImage highlighting the information icon
