How to manage the email delivery settings for Google Groups and choose how many emails members of the group recieve from that group.

How do I manage my groups email delivery settings, and the settings for others within the group?

 

Environment

• Google Workspace (formerly G-Suite)
• Google Groups
• Gmail

 

Answer

To change the settings for email delivery in Google Group:

1. Navigate to groups.google.com
2. Select Group Settings in line the group name
3. Click Members from the list on the left
4. In the subscription column adjust settings for member(s) you would like to modify
