Create Notes Using Google Keep

Is there a way for me to create reminder notes in Gmail?

Google Keep can be accessed from the Google Apps menu or from the side panel on the right-hand side of Gmail or Google Calendar. The icon is a yellow square with a lightbulb.

Option 1: Using the Google Keep Website

1. Navigate to keep.google.com (opens in a new window).
2. Choose an option:
   • Click Take a note and enter your text.
   • Click the New List icon (resembles a square with a checkmark) to create a checklist.
3. (Optional) Add a title to your note for easier searching later.
4. Click Done.

Option 2: Using the Side Panel in Gmail or Google Calendar

1. Click the Google Keep icon in the right-side vertical menu.
2. Choose an option:
   • Click Take a note to type a quick reminder.
   • Click the New List icon to create a checklist.
3. (Optional) Add a title.
4. Click Done.
