Note: The desktop Blackboard settings are different from your mobile Blackboard settings.

Answer

Log in to your mobile Blackboard app
Tap on the menu option in the top left corner
Tap Courses
Scroll to the bottom.
Tap on Hidden Courses
Select the courses you would like to hide
Tap Save
