Getting Logged in to the Online Student Center


How do I log in to the Online Center to access my student account?

Do I need to setup an account, or is one created for me?

What if I can't remember my Online Center password?

After being accepted as a student at GRCC, you will need to set up your Online Student Center account in order to: enroll in classes, view your class schedule, view your financial aid and billing information, view and change your personal information, see your grades and transcripts, and request that an official copy of your transcript be sent to you or a transfer institution.


To initially set up the account:

  1. On a web browser of your choosing go to the Online Center Login request site.
  2. Fill in the form. Your entries must exactly match the information the college has for you. (ie. If the college has you as Nichole or Harold you can not put Nicki or Harry)
  3. Decide on a password
    • Note: your password must meet the following requirements
      • At least 10 characters
      • At least 1 capital letter
      • At least 1 number
  4. Click request.
  5. You should now get a message that your account is being created.
  6. If your account is still not accessible, contact the IT Support Desk at (616) 234-4357.


To log in after creating the account:

  1. In a web browser of your choosing navigate to
  2. Click the Current Students tab, just below the GRCC logo.
  3. Click Online Center.
  4. In the User ID box enter your student ID number including the capital 'W' (ex. W0123456)
    • If you don't know your ID number contact the Enrollment Center at (616) 234-4357
  5. Enter the password you created, click Sign In.
