Student Printing from a Personal Device


A Student needs to print a document from their personal device.



  • Konica Minolta Printer
  • PaperCut
  • Google Cloud Print



  1. Open your preferred web browser.
    • This process works best in Google Chrome.
  2. Navigate to
  3. Enter your full student email address in the email field.
  4. Click the Next button.
  5. Enter your Campus Network Password in the Password field.
  6. Click the Next button.
    • You will now be logged into Google Cloud Print.
  7. Click the Print button in the upper left hand corner.
    • This will expand the Print menu.
  8. Select the Upload file to print menu option.
  9. Click the Select a file from my computer link.
  10. Navigate to and select the desired file.
  11. Select the desired printer.
    • Select GRCC-PersonalPrinting-Gray for black and white
    • Select GRCC-PersonalPrinting-Color for color.
  12. Adjust the print settings as desired.
    • When using the GRCC-PersonalPrinting-Gray printer, your print job will always be printed in black and white, regardless of what is selected in the Color drop down menu.
  13. Click the Print button.
    • Your print job will show a status of In Progress on cloud print when it is ready to be released from a printer.
    • You may need to refresh the webpage to verify.
  14. Your print job is now ready for release from any GRCC multi-function printer.


Retrieving The Print

  1. Go to your nearest Konica Minolta Printer.
  2. Tap or swipe your RaiderCard on the printer.
    • Look for the card tap sign located on the printer 
    • If this is the first time you are using your RaiderCard on a Konica Minolta printer, it will ask you to associate it with an account.
      • Enter your Campus Network Login to associate it with your card.
    • Alternatively, you can log in using the touch screen and entering your Campus Network Login.
  3. Tap the Print Release  option
  4. From here, you can:
    • Print All of your jobs by selecting the Print All button
    • View details of a job by selecting the job.
    • Print a single job by selecting it and tapping the Print button.
    • Return to the previous menu using the Home button.
    • View other printer options using the Device Functions button.
  5. When you are finished using the printer, be sure to tap the Log Out button in the top right.
    • Alternatively, you can press the physical Access key indicated by an open door icon.
Note: If an error message is received check password expiration. An expired password will not allow you to use Cloud Print.
