Installing Lockdown Browser on a Windows PC

Instructions on installing Respondus Lockdown Browser on a Windows PC

 

Environment

  • Windows PC
  • Respondus Lockdown Browser

 

Process

  1. Navigate to the Install Link for GRCC's Lockdown Browser
  2. Download the LockDown Browser installer package.
  3. Locate the installer package in your Downloads folder and open the file
  4. Select Run
  5. Select all the default prompts and select Install 
  6. Go to your desktop and  double click on the "LockDown Browser" icon (A blue diamond with a gold padlock) to start LockDown Browser.
