Can't find Zoom Recording

Issue

I cannot find my Zoom recording.
My zoom recording was saved to the cloud, I could access it earlier and now I cannot.
My zoom recording is missing from the cloud.

  • Zoom
  • Panopto

 

Information

Panopto/Zoom Integration has been applied to GRCC Zoom accounts 

 

Resolution

Any Zoom recordings that a user selects "Record to the Cloud" will be automatically transferred to their Panopto account via the Zoom/Panopto integration.  Once the video is successfully transferred to Panopto the video is removed from the Zoom Cloud. Users will receive an email from Zoom when it successfully uploads to the Zoom Cloud and another one when the video has been transferred to Panopto.  

You may need to click Everything on the left side menu in Panopto.
