TeamDynamix (TDX) is GRCC's Enterprise Service Management (ESM) system or ticketing system.
It can be used by Staff, Faculty, Students, and the public.
TeamDynamix uses the MyGRCC credentials via Single Sign On.
The client portal of TDX can be accessed by visiting grcc.edu/supportdesk.
