Canvas class not showing/missing after enrollment

Issue

I have changed my course enrollments or have recently signed up for a class, but it's not showing up in Canvas.

Information

Canvas updates every hour, the process to send changes to Canvas begins on the 40 minute mark, Canvas receives those changes on the :55 mark and implements all changes by around the :15 mark. 

 

Resolution

Wait approximately 2 hours and your courses should appear.

If you do not see your course within 2 hours of the change or enrollment, please contact IT Support at 616-234-4357.
