GRCC Library OneSearch informs the user that the information they submitted is invalid when they go to login using their last name and ID number.

GRCC Library OneSearch is used for students to browse library materials and request library materials to be reserved to be held for pickup.
Resolution
The user must be at the url: https://grcc.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/discovery/search?vid=01GRCC_INST:01GRCC.
If checking the URL does not resolve the issue, have the student contact the Library for further assistance.
Cause
There is an incorrect login url path that may occur if users search for materials before they login to request for them to be held.
